The Space

The Riverfront Haven is a sophisticated one-bedroom apartment boasting full amenities, including wireless internet, quality linens, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate living room. We provide a starter set of essential items, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (conveniently kept under the current trash bag in the can). Plan accordingly based on the length of your stay.

+ For your comfort, the condo is configured for two guests sleeping in the same bed. If the pullout is required for an additional 2 guests, please notify us 24 hours before your arrival for seamless arrangements.

Booking Terms & Policies

Payment & Fees
We require full payment at time of booking.

Cancellations
Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.

Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance
Please be aware that adverse weather conditions may occur. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for such circumstances, but we'll gladly provide a credit for any payments made, redeemable for alternate dates within 60 days. We strongly recommend considering trip insurance, especially during hurricane season (June 1st - November 30th), for added peace of mind.

WSR is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. WSR is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use as registered guest.

House Rules & Things to Note

All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund.

+ Must be at least 23 years old to rent and must stay in the property every night of the booked dates.
+ Check-in: After 3:00 PM
+ Checkout: 10:00 AM
+ Self check-in with keypad
+ No smoking
+ No pets
+ No parties or events
+ Please ensure the guest count matches the reservation details – no exceptions!
+ Additional fees of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.
+ Only the registered guest should rent this property, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.
+ ID is required for all guests on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival for access codes to be activated for check-in or this will significantly delay your check in
+ Respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM. Any guests not listed on the reservation must vacate the property by 9:00 PM (when permitted).
+ Comes with a Parking pass for free offsite parking for 1 vehicle, keys, (if keys are required) and parking pass must be returned or a $150.00 loss of your deposit.
+ Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are OUTSIDE the home ONLY. Disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without a refund.
